Sound Familiar?

If your doors do any of this, we fix it — weekly

Premium doors rarely fail all at once. They drift, wear, and swell out of adjustment until one day they won’t close. Every symptom below is a known repair with a known fix — not a reason to replace the door.

  • Pocket door doesn't slide all the way into the wall pocket
  • Panels won’t lock, or the lockset barely catches
  • Grinding, dragging, or a door that needs two hands to move
  • Drafts or water at the sill — worn bottom seals
  • Bowed interlockers and daylight between panels
  • Fogged or broken glass in doors and windows

Why Owners Call Us

Dealers sell doors. We keep them working.

Most Fleetwood dealers have no service department — when a door needs help years later, owners get handed off or told to replace it. Service is half our business: we stock the knowledge (and the patience) for the installed base across the South Bay and Greater LA.

  • The only Fleetwood dealer that sells, installs, and services
  • Diagnosis from a photo or short video — before anyone rolls a truck
  • Honest scoping: if a repair isn’t worth it, we say so
  • Licensed C-17 glaziers — not handymen

Questions

Door service, answered straight

My pocket door slides into the wall and won’t lock — can it be fixed?
Yes — over-travel is one of our most common Fleetwood service calls. Worn rollers, a bowed interlocker, or panels out of alignment inside the pocket are the usual causes. We remove the panels, repair what’s worn, re-hang and align, and verify the lock — usually without replacing the door.
Do you service doors you didn’t install?
That’s most of our service work. We’re Fleetwood’s main servicing agent for the South Bay and an Authorized Fleetwood Dealer, so we service the installed base no matter who sold or installed it.
What does a service visit cost?
It depends on scope — a roller-and-alignment visit differs from a multi-panel pocket rebuild. Text photos or video of the problem and we’ll scope it honestly before booking, so you know what the visit involves and costs first.
Can you replace bottom seals and weather barriers?
Yes — worn bottom seals are the usual cause of drafts and sill leaks. We fit the correct profile for your series so the door seals like new.
Do you repair other brands?
Yes. Fleetwood is our specialty, but we service sliding doors, windows, shower doors, and storefront doors across brands — rollers, tracks, locks, latches, and glass.
How fast can you respond?
Text (310) 847-9746 — we respond the same business day in most cases. Scheduling depends on scope and parts.

Your doors were an investment. Keep them working like it.

Text a photo or video of the problem — that’s the fastest route to a diagnosis.
