Commercial Glazing

A glazing sub your PM doesn’t have to chase

GCs judge glazing subs on three things: a bid that matches the drawings, paperwork that clears accounting the first time, and a crew that hits the schedule. That’s the business we’ve built — storefront and curtain wall packages for retail, restaurant, office, and institutional work across Greater Los Angeles.

  • Itemized plan takeoffs — scope inclusions and exclusions in writing
  • Submittals, shop-drawing review, and field verification before fabrication
  • COIs, endorsements, W-9, and vendor-portal registrations handled fast
  • Service after turnover: door closers, pivots, broken lites, leaks

How We Work With GCs

From bid day to punch list

01

Takeoff & Bid

We price from your drawings and specs with inclusions and exclusions in writing — no allowances hiding in the number.

02

Submittals & Verify

Product data, samples, and shop-drawing review, then field-verified dimensions before anything is fabricated.

03

Fabrication & Staging

Metal and glass are fabricated to the verified openings and staged to your job sequence — not dumped on site early.

04

Install & Closeout

Our crews install, seal, and adjust. Punch items get closed fast, and we stay on call for service after turnover.

Repairs & Emergency

Broken storefront glass can’t wait for a bid cycle

For property managers and owners: we secure broken storefronts and entrance doors, measure the replacement in the same visit, and service the doors your tenants use every day — closers, pivots, locks, and leaks.

  • Emergency board-up and make-safe
  • Storefront door service — closers, pivots, thresholds
  • Broken and fogged lite replacement
  • Ongoing service for retail and office properties

Questions

Commercial glazing, answered straight

What storefront and curtain wall systems do you install?
The major aluminum storefront and curtain wall systems GCs and architects specify — flush-glazed and captured storefront framing, stick-built and unitized-look curtain wall, and all-glass entrances — with insulated, tempered, laminated, and low-E packages matched to the project’s energy and safety requirements.
Do you bid from plans? How fast?
Yes — plan takeoffs are our standard workflow. Send drawings and specs (or a bid invitation) and we’ll return an itemized, scope-clear bid. Turnaround depends on package size; we confirm the date on receipt, and if we can’t hit your deadline we tell you the same day.
Are you licensed and insured for commercial and public work?
Yes: CSLB C-17 Glazing License #1031357, general liability and workers’ compensation in force, and DIR registration for public works. Certificates, endorsements, W-9, and portal registrations are available on request — see our GC & trade page for the full list.
Can you handle TI and retail rollout schedules?
That’s core work: retail storefront packages, restaurant and office TI glazing, phased schedules coordinated with your other trades, field-verified openings before fabrication, and fast punch closeout.
Do you offer emergency board-up?
Yes — call or text (310) 847-9746. We secure the opening and measure for the replacement lite in the same visit whenever possible.
