Can you really install curved glass railings?

Yes. Curved runs are templated on site, the glass is bent and tempered to the template, and the result follows the stair or balcony line exactly. At 2451 Arbutus Drive we installed a curved second-floor guard rail in low-iron Starphire glass as part of the entry railing package. Curved glass is slower and less forgiving than flat work — it has to be measured right the first time, which is why the templating is done by the crew that installs it.

Do you work with Brentwood HOAs and architectural review boards?

Yes. Many Brentwood neighborhoods and condo communities require architectural review for exterior glass, railings, and window changes. We support the application with product data, drawings, and finish samples, and we schedule around community access and work-hour rules. Send us the review requirements with your plans and we build them into the process from the start.

How do you keep a hillside pool railing code-compliant without blocking the view?

Pool barriers carry their own rules — minimum heights, self-closing and self-latching gates, and climb-resistant surfaces — and frameless glass meets all of them while staying effectively invisible from the house. Gates get proper self-closing hardware, panels are tempered safety glass, and the layout is checked against the barrier code before fabrication, not argued about at inspection.

Do you service Fleetwood doors in Brentwood?

Yes. Versa Glass Co. is an Authorized Fleetwood Dealer, and service is half of what we do: pocket-door alignment, rollers, tracks, bottom seals, interlockers, and locksets, serviced to spec with the correct parts — on doors we installed and on doors from other dealers. We are Fleetwood’s main servicing agent for the South Bay and cover Brentwood and the Westside on the same basis.

Can you match the glass and hardware in an existing Brentwood home?

Usually, yes. Matching is a measurement exercise: glass type and tint (including low-iron Starphire, which reads clearer than standard glass), thickness, edge work, and hardware finish all get documented from the existing installation before anything is fabricated. Where an exact legacy part is discontinued, we will tell you plainly and show you the closest current equivalent.
